Shipping

We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.50 per order. Orders will be shipped by US Postal Service or by United Parcel Service ground. Allow 5 to 7 days to receive your order. If you require faster delivery, we can accomodate you if you wish to pay the additional shipping charge. For overnight delivery, we must receive the order by 10:00 AM EDT.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

In the unlikely event that the items you ordered are defective, please notify us by email (cs@qualitycollarstore.com) or phone (732-278-3412) within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will e-mail you a Return Authorization number (RA#).  Send the RA# and a copy  of the e-mail order conformation with the defective item and a note indicating the defect and whether you prefer a  replacement, a credit, or a complete refund. Upon reception of the item and the information, we will send you a replacement, give you the credit, or Credit your credit card account for a full refund. 

If you ordered the wrong size, want to replace the item with another one, or want a refund, please notify us by email (cs@qualitycollarstore.com) or phone (732-278-3412). We will e-mail you a Return Authorization number (RA#).  Send the RA# and a copy  of the e-mail order conformation with the item and a note indicating why you're not satisfied with the order, and whether you prefer a  replacement, a credit, or a refund. Upon reception of the item and the information, we will send you a replacement, give you the credit, or Credit your credit card account for a refund. We will charge you for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
